  • The Club is not a session package. It’s a membership, which means Kelly knows your story over time. Your goals, your wins, your stuck places. Each session builds on the last. That continuity is what individual sessions can’t replicate.

  • It’s different… in the best way possible! The Coaching Club is an ongoing membership, steady support over time at a monthly rate. The 1:1 Intensive is a defined 6-8 week engagement for a specific high-stakes moment: a layoff, a major career move, or a senior job search.

  • Yes. You can move up or down a tier at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Downgrades requested during the initial 3-month period take effect after the minimum commitment is complete.

  • After 6 consecutive months of active membership, you’re eligible for your first annual update. You can request it anytime after that, once per 12-month period.

  • Sessions are allocated quarterly and reset every three months. Unused sessions don’t roll over, so it’s worth booking them even if you’re not sure what to bring. Come with whatever is top of mind.

  • Membership is billed monthly. Your card is charged on the same date each month automatically through CoachVantage.

    All tiers require a 3-month minimum. After that, membership continues month to month and you can cancel any time before your next billing date.
